The location was great as it was in the heart of the city. All members of staff were helpful. Joseph was splendid and dealing with him was an absolute pleasure.
Our room was not ready at check in time and the front desk did not call when it was ready. The front desk also did not deliver the welcome package. The fitness facility has very limited hours and equipment.
